PRESS RELEASE | for immediate release — Celebrate Excellence, formerly Successories of Texas, has announced the availability of the new SNCO medal. “For several years we have offered a Chief’s Induction medal – which has been hugely popular,” reports owner, Tammany Williams. “We had requests to create a medal for new SNCO’s and we designed and copyrighted it in June of this year.”
The medals are 1.5″ X 3″, crafted in heavy metal and electroplated in shiny nickel. Medals come assembled on a 30″ neck ribbon, ready to present. “The chevron sits in a field of beautiful glittery-white paint — which is really striking when the spotlight hits it during the SNCO Induction Ceremony,” adds Tammany.
The first shipment of the SNCO medals were delivered to Fairchild AFB, Washington, in late June. “I received the medallions quickly and was very impressed by the strong materials used, detail/craftsmanship of the product, and reasonable prices,” said MSgt Matthew Tilley, with the 92d SFS at Fairchild (www.fairchild.af.mil). “For those bases that need a memento to give for specific occasions, Celebrate Excellence is the place to go.”
The medals can be purchased singly as well. The center area of the SNCO medal can be laser engraved with a line number for an additional fee.
